Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the www.nocodeflow.net website (the "Service") operated by No Code Flow ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
§1 Purchase and Usage License
For every purchase of a No Code Flow product, you receive a license key that allows the Usage of the specific product for one website as many times as needed. This means you can use the purchased item on one specific live domain (www.yourwebsite.com) and the connected Webflow domain (www.yourwebsite@webflow.io). You can modify this website, but you should never use one purchase on multiple live domains. Unauthorized usage may result in disabling the code. We will check usage regularly and maintain the right to disable the code we provide in case of unauthorized usage. This means we can and will disable the functionality of components on your websites if you violate this Terms of Service agreement.
§2 Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or No Code Flow cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time either through your online account billing page or by contacting No Code Flow customer support team. A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize No Code Flow to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. In accordance with German law, should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, No Code Flow will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
§3 Fee Changes
No Code Flow, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. No Code Flow will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
§4 Refunds
Except when required by law or if our code is proven to be defective and not working as intended, once paid components are non-refundable.
§5 Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
§6 Intellectual Property
This Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of No Code Flow and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
§7 Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by No Code Flow. We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We recommend users exercise caution and review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services they visit.
§8 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
§9 Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall No Code Flow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. However, direct damages arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part are not excluded. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
§10 Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, either express or implied. No Code Flow, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
§11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Germany.
§12 Payment and Distribution via Gumroad
- Payment Processor: All purchases of our products are processed securely through our partner, Gumroad. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by Gumroad's terms of service and privacy policy.
- Data Collection: Any personal and payment information provided during the purchase process is collected and managed by Gumroad. We do not have direct access to your sensitive payment data.
- Refunds and Disputes: While we have our refund policy, please note that all transactions are subject to Gumroad's refund policy. In case of any discrepancies, Gumroad's policy will prevail.
- Delivery of Digital Goods: Upon successful purchase, the Dynamic Map for Webflow will be delivered to you via the email address you provided or through a direct download link on Gumroad.

§13 Changes
